Refund Eligibility
- Clients may request a refund if they are unsatisfied with the services provided, but only within 14 days of the initial payment.
- Refund requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, as the consulting services are provided on a time commitment basis.
- Refunds will only be considered if the client has actively engaged with the services and can demonstrate that the services did not meet the agreed-upon expectations or deliverables.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us within 14 days of payment via email at [email protected], explaining your reasons for dissatisfaction with the services.
- Please include any relevant details, such as the scope of the services provided and your specific concerns.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will process your refund within 7 business days.
Note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis and may request additional information or documentation to support the claim.
Exceptions: No refunds will be issued for services rendered after the 14-day period, or if the client has already received deliverables (e.g., social media strategies, content, campaigns, etc.).No refunds are available for any third-party tools or services purchased on behalf of the client as part of the consulting package.
